Skrillex Dubstep Artist Biography
Skrillex is the stage name of Sonny John Moore, who is formerly the lead singer of the post-hardcore group From First to Last. Many people don’t realize that he had a music career spanning years before taking on the name of Skrillex and producing some of the most popular dubstep tracks, and essential becoming one of the driving forces for the dubstep genre in the mainstream, a poster-boy if you will. Like him for introducing you to dubstep, or hate him for introducing everyone else to it – whatever your stance is, you can’t deny the influence he has had.
Sonny started making a splash on the dubstep scene in 2010 with both the released of the My Name is Skrillex EP and the Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites EP also in 2010. Prior to that, in 2008, he had been performing at various clubs in LA.

what about gost? or was that not a real album?
Good catch, honestly I’m not actually familiar with this album to be honest. A good search showed that it was unreleased, and may have been stored on a laptop that was stolen or something?
